The F6
series of RF SAW filters targets high frequency RF applications (1000..2500
MHz). These LiTaO3 based filters are supplied in a small 3.0 mm square surface
mount packaging providing higher stability and performance alternatives to
ceramic devices and is suited to W-CDMA and Bluetooth applications, as well as
for other wireless systems.
