GN Netcom - world's first manufacturer granted BluetoothTM version 1.1
certification for new generation of wireless headsets
GN Netcom, a leader in hands-free communications solutions, announced today
that it has received the world's first Bluetooth Version 1.1 certification for
its new second-generation headset using Bluetooth wireless technology.
In March 2001, GN Netcom announced that it had chosen RTX
Telecom as the company's partner of choice for developing its second-generation
hands-free, wireless BluetoothTM solutions. As a result of this partnership, RTX
Telecom played a significant role in the development of the new headset.
